Awake, drifting dreamer- and remember your love.
From the darkest shade of your soul, awake!
Lost upon the shadowy sea
A once-dreamt island calls to me.
My heart is filled with things I have forgotten,
Yet I am drenched with the iniquity I have fallen in.
A far off peak calls to me,
and while it dreams it whispers of things lost to me.
With sword and flame I fend off my darkest nightmares,
and with a final brandish, I am conscious once again.
A seagull cries, and the voice of my love echoes across the empty sea-
I will never go home.
